By accessing or using Re-Doc's document redaction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Re-Doc provides AI-powered document redaction services that help users identify and anonymize sensitive information in documents. Our services include OCR processing, entity detection, and document anonymization for PDFs, images, and DOCX files.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- •Upload malicious content or malware
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- •Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- •Interfere with or disrupt our services
Intellectual Property
Re-Doc and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Re-Doc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to documents you upload; we do not claim ownership of your content.
Service Limitations
Accuracy: While we strive for accurate redaction, AI-powered processing may not catch all sensitive information. Users are responsible for reviewing redacted documents before sharing.
Availability: We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
Usage Limits: Free accounts are limited to 10 lifetime pages. Paid plans have monthly limits as specified in our pricing.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Unused pages do not roll over to the next billing period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-Doc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
